Our region is unique to California in that it offers a business friendly climate for sustainable economic growth and development, highlighted historically by a strong cooperative private / government defense partnership involving the development, production, and testing of both military and commercial aircraft at Plant 42 in Palmdale and Edwards Air Force Base near Rosamond and Mojave.  Today, the region is rapidly evolving to become one of the world’s major centers for the production of renewable energy.  It is in this area that I am currently specializing, focusing on the procurement and marketing of solar and wind energy land.
